The journey at TikTok Creative Lab was as much about algorithm learning as it was about leading.

We partnered with brands, guiding them to find their voice and carve a niche within TikTok's vibrant sub-communities, creators, and audience ecosystem - through a crawl, walk, and run approach.

My role was a blend of collaborator, teacher, brand consultant, and creative strategist, always focused on achieving peak performance in the Gaming, Entertainment, Tech, and Performance Business verticals.

My gig? I dived into these arenas not just to play but to innovate with Hashtag Challenges and branded Effects. "Collaborate, co-create, resonate, and ride the wave of trends " became my mantra as I helped brands speak 'TikTok' and authentically engage with an audience hungry for what's new and daring.
